Johnson Retail Center Storefront Remodel

This project updated all the storefronts of the mall according to new architectural plans. All of the front of the roof was replaced and existing flat signage was removed and replaced with a rounded front and backlit raised letters. The sidewalks were replaced and the asphalt repaired. Overhead lighting was put in for lit covered walkways, and the entrance of Value Village was updated.

LFS Marine Wholesale Addition

This was a two-story metal building addition with a store front. We began the project under winter conditions to get a head start on the building season.

Air Force Recruiting Center

This project was for tenant improvements, for the U.S. Air Force, in Glenn Square Mall in Anchorage. It was a complete design build project, with grade A finishes. It included design, engineering, scheduling of subs, providing materials, monitoring the progress and finishing the project to meet their schedule. .

DNR Agrichemical

This project was the construction of a new equipment storage building for Alaska DOT. It was won by competitive bid. The job included providing a Star pre-manufactured metal building, site work and grading, and all labor and materials to install the building.

Alyeska Helicopter Hangar

This project was new construction of a 5,400 square foot Star hanger for Alyeska Helicopters. We were a subcontractor for general contractor, Boslough Construction. We took the building from site construction to finish. This included providing the labor, man-lifts and materials to erect the steel building, insulated panels, and installing a 55' x 18' bi-fold hangar door, windows and casements. .

Park Plaza

This project was the construction of a mini-mall in Wasilla to house Starbucks, Matanuska Telephone and others. We were a subcontractor for general contractor, Horseshoe Properties, LLC. The job included providing all labor, materials, and equipment to erect the building, including the steel beam columns, pandecking, metal stud framing, wood wall framing, insulation and vapor barrier. Once constructed, we tailored the spaces to the individual clients, including paint, floor coverings, bath and cabinets. .

Palmer Ambulance Station 39 Renovations

This included building renovations and improvements to provide offices spaces, a storage mezzanine, an Apparatus Bay, an exterior stair and exterior building canopies. It was won by competitive bid. We were the General Contractor. The office spaces were finished spaces to include light, power, data, heating, new windows and the extension of the sprinkler system. The mezzanine extended the existing mezzanine and continue the existing guardrail. The Apparatus Bay exhaust included new fans, CO monitors and make up air openings.

King Salmon Maintenance Shop

This project was new construction of a maintenance shop for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in King Salmon. It was won by competitive bid. We were a subcontractor for general contractor, Koman, Inc. We took the building from site construction to finish. This included providing the labor, man-lift and materials to complete the concrete work, doing the steel building erection and interior build out, installing the doors and windows, and installing the bathroom trim, truck lift, and hoist.

Meadow Creek Correctional Center Remodel

This project was an ADA upgrade on a State of Alaska DOT and Public Facilities Branch contract. It was won by competitive bid. We acted as a Subcontractor for general contractor, Koman Inc. It was fast track project which involved remodels to existing structures. The client was extremely pleased with the end result.

Dimond High Auxiliary Mansard Renovation

This project was a renovation upgrade. We acted as a Subcontractor for general contractor, Koman Inc. The job called for demolishing the existing mansard roof, vents, soffits, and necessary items to accomplish the new work. We installed the structural framing, provided and installed the metal stud framing, including soffits, and special parapet framing.

Evergreen Center

This project was new construction of a 7,200 square foot office building in Palmer, Alaska. We acted as the subcontract for general contractor, Horseshoe Properties. The job included providing the labor, equipment and materials to complete the concrete work, doing the steel building erection and interior build out, installing the doors and windows, and installing the bathroom trim, and tailoring the individual units to the renters. .
